I have just figured out how to post blogs on this thing man, so I am just getting the hang of it. I have been just commenting on others post and been getting irritated like "How in the f*#$ are they posting stuff?" lol. Now that I know how to, I have been just posting to try and see if Dr. DePolo would give me a grade for them. I know I have not been the only one who has not known how to do this, so who hasn't?

For my final paper, I have chosen to do my essay on why technology is bad for modern life. Though I enjoy having technology and I believe it is good, I have heard some people lately say how technology is "so bad" and I just wanted to research this and see exactly what is bad about technology. I'm having trouble writing my causal analysis paper, what I had will not do if I'm to write 5 pages about the causes an event. I need some ideas or suggestions. If not I'll probably write my paper on the causes of me not being able to write this paper.

Hey class, i was wondering how does everyone feel about their writing at this point in the class. With me having two classes that deals with writing, I more comfortable writing paper than before.

I was just wondering you guys opinion on college. Do you think we should just go to college and take required courses in our major or take the variety of courses like we do now?

     I made a post before about what I am doing besides summer school and I am curious now. Is anyone else involved in extracurricular activities (i.e. summer jobs, sports, other classes not at A&T, volunteering, internships, etc).

How does everyone feel about the annotated bib? My struggle is just trying to find a decent enough topic I can write about and find some good clauses.

Upon Returning

I'll be returning soon, back to Greensboro and I was wondering if I could receive some help from any classmate that will be in town. Dr. Depolo I've sent you an email but no response. Very little signal out here in Mississippi, with a whole lot on training. I get up very early, train all day, and lights out is at 10 o'clock. The load is becoming lighter though.

Length of Research Paper

Hello classmates, I am concern about how long the research paper have to be. As of right now, I have about three pages and was wandering should I elaborate on those ideas or keep what I have.

This is the first time that I really unstood hoIw to write a work cited page In the proper way of doing it, this will I be useful when I take other classes when I have to writed papers I can finally cite it in the right way.

How many people like the freedom of choosing a topic to write about rather than having their assignment given to them? I personally would just rather be given a topic to write about.

What's up class? Just curious about what other summer classes people are taking. Other than this class I am taking a public speaking course with Professor Carrino. I'm enjoying the class thus far. I'm learning a lot when it comes to speaking in front of crowds. Our topics for our speeches have been interesting probably because the class chooses their own topics. For our next speech we have to do a digital speech. We have to record a an informative speech and upload it to YouTube. We have to include some sort of demonstration in the video like a "how to" video would. If anyone has any suggestions for a topic let me know!
